Fee Disclosure
All agency, service and transaction costs are disclosed in writing before you commit. Amounts are in UAH unless stated otherwise.
Agency commission and service fees
Our commission, the basis for calculating it, fixed package prices and hourly rates are confirmed in the service agreement before work begins. Commission is payable only after the transaction completes. Extra work is charged only after you approve a written estimate.
Third-party and transaction costs
Notary, state registration, legal review, valuation and translation costs are set by those providers or by law; they are itemised separately in your estimate and are not part of our commission.
Paid placement and sponsored listings
Promoted listings are marked "Sponsored" or "Paid placement" and their position may reflect that payment. Promotion never alters verified facts about a property, its availability, location or fees; advertising is identifiable and truthful under Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР.
We are not a state registrar. Title and encumbrance checks are independent verifications against the current State Register of Real Rights under Закон України «Про державну реєстрацію речових прав на нерухоме майно та їх обтяжень» № 1952-IV.
